We provide support services to pediatric cancer patients and their families in South Gujarat through our partnership with CanKids...Kidscan which is a national society for "Change For Childhood Cancer In India"

 

Our partner pediatric oncologists at Tejani Cancer Institute in the New Surat Civil Hospital, Mahaveer Hospital and at Saachi Children Hospital consult patients and refer them to our social workers for guidance and financial as well as emotional assistance through the entire journey from diagnosis to survival. 

 

The goal of our social workers is to be with our pediatric patients and their families at all stages of their treatment and to ensure that their needs for diagnostics, treatment, psychological & palliative care, accommodations, transportation, and emotional support are met at all times.

 

We are mindful of the fact that pediatric cancer patients need special care & treatment with compassion and that they should be rehabilitated back to their schools and colleges so that they can reintegrate into society and live productive lives when they grow up.
